1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the LoveScore AI website available at https://lovescore.io. LoveScore AI provides an algorithmic analysis service for personal conversations (particularly from WhatsApp) to extract emotional and relational indicators.

Use of the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Service.

LoveScore AI is published by Cognivo Digital Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore, operating in compliance with European law (GDPR) for data processing.

3. Service Access

The service is accessible after account creation to any adult (or person aged at least 16 years with parental authorization). Users must have an Internet connection and an up-to-date browser.

4. Service Description

LoveScore AI allows users to import a conversation, launch a multi-model AI analysis (OpenAI, Meta, Anthropic) and receive an instant report including their Love Score, emotional reading, and personalized advice.

This analysis is algorithmic and not human-based. It does not constitute a psychological diagnosis or a scientific evaluation.

5. Service Usage

Users agree to only provide conversations in which they are a participant and not to transmit illegal, defamatory, hateful, intimate content without consent, or content contrary to applicable laws. Any misuse of the service may result in immediate access removal.

6. Intellectual Property

The site, its design, algorithms, and reports are the exclusive property of LoveScore AI. Users benefit from a personal, non-exclusive right to use their report for private purposes only.

7. Personal Data Protection

LoveScore AI only collects data necessary for service execution. Conversations and reports are automatically deleted at the end of the analysis.

Processing is carried out on secure, encrypted European servers (TLS). Users can exercise their rights at any time by writing to privacy@lovescore.io.

8. Confidentiality and Security

LoveScore AI commits to never reuse, share, or permanently store transmitted conversations. All transfers are encrypted and data is deleted immediately after processing. GDPR compliance is guaranteed by the designation of the European representative mentioned above.

9. Responsibilities

The analyses provided are for entertainment and indicative purposes. LoveScore AI does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or relevance of results. Users remain responsible for submitted content and decisions made based on the obtained report.

10. Pricing and Payment

The service is offered at a price of $2.00 per report. Payment is made through secure providers. Users waive their right of withdrawal once the service is executed. A refund is only possible in case of a technical error attributable to LoveScore AI.

11. Site Availability

LoveScore AI strives to ensure continuous access to the service but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates.

12. Terms Modification

LoveScore AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. New conditions apply as soon as they are published on the site.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French and Singaporean law, depending on the nature of the dispute. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the publisher's registered office, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
