4. Data Processing and Deletion

Data is processed only for the time necessary to generate the requested report. As soon as processing ends, all conversations, temporary reports, and associated files are automatically deleted from our servers.

No archiving, permanent storage, or reuse of data is performed. Processing is purely temporary and automated.

5. Hosting and Security

All data is hosted in France, on GDPR-compliant servers located in the European Union. Transfers are encrypted (TLS protocol) and access is strictly limited to processes necessary for the technical operation of the service.

6. Retention Period

Content sent (conversations and reports) is deleted immediately after processing. Minimal technical logs used for security purposes may be retained for up to 48 hours, then permanently erased.

Data is not shared with any third parties, except for technical providers essential to service execution (hosting, payment processor). These providers are subject to strict confidentiality and security obligations.
